All Safwah Crystal Designs are made using Preciosa crystals and should not come off. In the unlikely event that it does, we will gladly replace it for you.
Shipping
- Most orders, excluding khimaars, are processed and completed within 1-4 business days.
- Orders including khimaars require approximately 3 weeks for processing and delivery.
- Please note that khimaars are not premade and are tailored once an order is placed.
- Combined shipping is available for orders with khimaars. You can choose to have all items shipped together and wait for 3 weeks, or pay for separate shipments to receive your items at different times.
